Electric vehicle demand is rapidly increasing around the world. According to a new report, every second vehicle in the world will be an electric vehicle by 2030. According to Counterpoint Research, increasing environmental awareness among buyers, carbon emission standards, government efforts, and the ecosystem being built for businesses are all assisting in the global adoption of electric vehicles. Electric vehicle sales have risen dramatically in recent years. It is, however, far less than anticipated.

Every automotive manufacturer is running against the clock to transition to electric vehicles. While from a long-term sustainability perspective this is a positive sign, the battery industry needs to develop more sustainable means of extracting battery metals and producing more efficient batteries, which is exactly what companies like Tesla are doing. Any technology that makes batteries and battery production more efficient, cost effective, and sustainable has strong potential to be game changing to the rapidly expanding EV industry, and so these types of breakthroughs are incredibly valuable.

Tesla has established itself as an electric vehicle leader, but CEO Elon Musk is constantly looking for ways to improve his Tesla vehicles. However, the company has been criticized for a number of issues with its vehicles and has received some unwelcome media attention.

When it comes to having an impressive range for their electric vehicles on a single charge, Tesla leads the industry. However, there have been some issues with its batteries, Autopilot, and self-driving technology, all of which could be improved.

As you may be aware, combustion and explosion of batteries is currently one of the most significant obstacles to the growth of the EV market. With this market's rapid growth, the number of new energy vehicles on the road will skyrocket, raising the risk of battery-related accidents, which makes power battery safety critical.

BYD's Blade Battery has passed the battery industry's so-called "Everest" test, which proves it will never spontaneously ignite – the nail penetration test. BYD Han, the first model equipped with the Blade Battery, has sold over 10,000 units every month since its launch in July 2020, thanks to its outstanding safety, strength, range, long life, and power, all of which are well recognized by the market. It has made a name for itself in the market for luxury sedans in the mid-to-large size range.

The company was one of the first companies to use a battery thermal management system to keep the temperature of the batteries at an optimal level even in the most extreme weather. BYD Blade batteries have such high energy efficiency that they enable the company to produce New Energy Vehicles with some of the industry's longest ranges. Over the last 27 years, the company's efforts in the development of battery technology have truly paid off.

BYD claims that its LFP technology is the foundation of its new energy vehicle (NEV) lineup. LFP batteries are expected to account for more than 60% of the global power battery market by 2024, according to the largest manufacturer. The cobalt-free batteries, which are made from a material that is more thermally stable than other battery options, have passed a series of rigorous safety tests, including overcharging, crush, and heat tests.

BYD engineers put the battery through a variety of tests, including nail penetration, heating to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, overcharging to 260 percent, and structural rigidity tests. During nail penetration, the battery did not emit any smoke or fire, and the surface temperature ranged from 30 to 60 degrees. In the same tests, a ternary lithium battery reached 500 degrees Celsius and burned, while a conventional LFP block battery reached 200 to 400 degrees celsius but didn't burn or emit smoke.

In the lab, three different types of batteries were tested for nail penetration. First, an NMC battery was put to the test with an egg on top of it. When the nail pierced the NMC battery, it exploded instantly.

Internal combustion engines weren't developed over a decade. It took them a century to develop. Tesla Facing challenges in their vehicles are only to be expected. We need to appreciate their research and development team for the progress they achieved so far. Today's global scenario of fossil fuel crises EU threw their carbon footprint policy out of the window losing their credibility and integrity to the cause. Tesla has saved the face of the US and set an example to the rest of the world by developing use of alternative energy for homes, vehicles and others. Critics are a necessary evil it helps one to improve in the areas of weakness. Elon Musk has done more for this country and the world then any billionaire in the history of this country. When one compares Tesla to Amazon for an example Amazon is a very large contributor to the problems this planets spaces today. On the other hand due to good decision making care and concern compassion the choices Elon Musk has made has put him on the top of the world financially and otherwise. Several billionaires and are elite in Washington continuously criticize Elon Musk or whatever reason. In my view none of them have the right to criticize, none of them have earned the right stand on top and voice or criticize. Moreover Elon Musk financially contributes more to this world in the way of taxes than any billionaire in the history of this planet. For senators like Elizabeth Warren to criticize him in the way that she has the American people should stand up for Elon Musk and remove that lady from office. Clearly she does not understand nor is she paying attention more importantly nor does she care about the positive that Elon Musk is contributing to the world. For president to not invite Elon Musk to a meeting with all the automakers in my view should have been enough to impeach the president following his comment that GM is leading the electric vehicle industry. Clearly our president of the United States does not understand what the EV Market is about, clearly he is not engaged with reality, Norm does he care about the well-being of this planet our country's financial well being or the safety of the American public. Wrap your hands around this for a moment! Elon Musk wrist everything all the way down to his last 10 million dollars that wasn't even enough to cut payroll for SpaceX or Tesla and he had a choice save one let the other fall or I'm in it to win it failure is not an option these two initiatives means too much for mankind and this planet and he went all in with both. I have six brothers and sisters on the baby of the family at 57 years old, every one of my brothers and sisters myself included we're born on a military base all around the world myself Cumberland County military hospital in North Carolina. With that being said deep down inside of me there's a very serious level of passion that is hard to explain. Although I was never in the military in many ways I've served this country my whole life. And because of that it seems that I view what's going on on this world through a different lens. I see what you're doing what you've done where are you going with it and why. If I were God or he gave me one wish my wish would be that everybody get behind you and move your agenda fast forward. Because you are nothing more than a modern day Nikola Tesla on steroids.
There's no doubt in my mind that you can do this single handedly over time. But why these people are not joining hands to fight the good fight just burns me up deeply.

So again Elon Musk is making decisions to do the right thing by engaging with another company to produce these batteries. Elon Musk has the money the resources to know how and the connections to do this all himself. But it's more important to get more electric vehicles on the road and more combustion vehicles off the road now, it's more important to improve the level of safety that's produced by Tesla than it is to just pump these cars out if there's a way to make them safer. I'm pretty sure that a lot of the back order vehicles with Tesla is being delayed knowing that better efficiency and safer batteries are right around the corner in addition to Growing pains. Just imagine what this world would look like if instead of these people criticizing Elon Musk out of jealousy or whatever the case may be and team up with him.
If the top 10 billionaires in this world teamed up with Elon Musk and said let's do this, let's get this done, let's fix what's broke, let's clean this planet up. And all were on the same page including Washington to aggressively knock out a punch list of problems this planet is suffering when that's done put out another list when that's done put out another list. Just imagine how powerful that would be, just imagine how fast an effective the problems that this world faces today would vanish tomorrow. Just look what Elon Musk has done all by himself. In 20 years Elon Musk has built just one company that is worth all of them. Many of these other countries have been building automobiles for $150 years. They have spent 150 years contributing to the destruction of this planet and seemingly had no intentions whatsoever to move off fossil fuels. Electric vehicles have been around for over 100 years but too much profit was being made in the oil industry to care one iota about the well-being of this planet. I'm a real person I understand how people could be jealous because somebody has so much money whether they worked hard for it whether they work right for it or was given to him doesn't matter. The one thing I do know for sure is Elon Musk deserves every single penny he has. And let me tell you folks Elon Musk is not rich enough, the more money Elon Musk makes the better this planet becomes the more success that Elon Musk has the better our future will be. Name one person on the face of this planet, any other planet, dead or alive that even comes close.
With every ounce of my body with every ounce of my brain I support Elon Musk 100% respect. I'm extremely jealous of Elon Musk for one reason and that is that I'm not in the financial position to contribute in the way Elon Musk is. And that's a good thing.
