As amazing as your home is (because of you both!) the limited land has been an issue for a while. You put a lot of effort into pasture management for the five you have there. Now knowing you can't do further improvements in the pastures, and that you will continue to grow your businesses, it just doesn't make sense to stay there. The new owners are very lucky. It is a stunning dream home for someone with a small herd. That said, I am very much looking forward to your next home and stable project. You have a serious eye for design. If you're feeling sad or stressed over this, just think about all the good things to come! Wishing you the best, guys! And definitely get those goats! I taught mine to shake hands.. they're SO much fun! I could see one joining in the liberty demonstrations!

Where you are talking to Emporio 3rd Feb 2022, watch 23.39 to 24.43, when you talk to Etro 15.37 to18.40 and I'm sure when she was talking to Gaio something was said. You and Jesse may not have known these plans were happening, but your horses did!
