Ngl, dampening cuffs/powers has some huge potentials for non-lethal combat. If u could cuff/dampen another player below a certain health or something like that, could effectively nullify a player's abilities until they can get the cuffs removed, or they can get away from the negation power. The power in particular would have to be hard to obtain so it doesn't just get taken by everyone, but the concept definitely has potential.

Are you adding any of the addons to the server? I like the idea of a cuff item but hear me out.
Depowering Cuff: punching an opponent who has 2 or less hearts attaches the cuff to them, removing there powers and removing there ability to move there character, the person who put the cuff on them can move them like as if they have a lead on. This would be cool for in servers being able to detain and capture opponents instead of killing them so people could actually have no kill rules. Also add a way to see there health so you can tell if there low

It's a good addon but I think for an iron man mod it's not that great.
