Sunday 6th Aug, 2023. Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.( & Classic Car Show)
Nice weather today for this excellent annual event. Yesterday (Saturday) was a damp one so nice to see some sunshine for the Sunday.
The Steampunk event and the Classic Car event do compliment each other and great to see both being enjoyed by all.
A good turnout, good weather on the Sunday and a great Yorkshire venue for this wonderful annual event. The classic car show in Calder Holmes Park on the same weekend made for a very busy Hebden Bridge.

Annual Steampunk Festival Weekend in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.
Great vintage jazz-classics songs from Jessica Jive and some nice brass from the Hebden Bridge Brass Band. (I missed the 400 Roses + the North Wind ladies Tribal/Belly dancers on the day, unfortunately, but both are good, I have seen them before)

Well done to the Hebden Bridge Rotary Club for organising the excellent annual Classic Car Show, with all proceeds going to local and national/international charitable bodies, They have raised and distributed half a million pounds since 2007. Amazing!

Well done also to Extinction Rebellion, Calderdale for the excellent humorous and public-friendly
protest about the poor water quality of Yorkshire Water.

That was so Hebden Bridge!
