Paint like Piet Mondrian artworks – Piet Mondrian early paintings

If you want to paint like Piet Mondrian artworks it is also interesting to look at Piet Mondrian early paintings. Everybody knows the paintings with squares, but his artwork in the beginning of his abstract adventure is interesting as well. For instance the early Mondrian paintings of the lighthouse in Westkapelle. It looks like Mondrian pointillisme but in my opinion it looks more like little brush strokes. In this Mondrian art lesson I show you how to make a Mondrian inspired painting. Dutch painter Piet Mondrian painted the lighthouse several times in different colors. They are surely artwork from the beginning of Mondrian Abstract art.

Materials
The art materials I use in the videos are not sponsored.
In almost all my videos I use with Winsor&Newton Galeria acrylics, if not, I will say so in the video.
Other materials I use are in random order: 5, 10 and 40mm brushes, palette knives, acrylics medium, Ecoline liquid watercolor, Lyra color pencils, Lyra soft pastels, oil pastels, Stabilo color pencils, paper palette pad and basic masking tape. I also use household items like a permanent marker, scrub sponge, scissors, paper towel, and so on.
