I do have the Xfce .iso now & plan to install that onto a dell pc. Got to check that out for sure & for certain. I was very pleased with this experience of Alt Linux. Some other system propitiatory tools are available that I didn't show. Just didn't get to them. If the Xfce experience is just as nice, I will make a clip on it.

ALT Linux was founded in 2001 by a merge of two large Russian free software projects. By the year 2008 it became a large organization developing and deploying free software, writing documentation and technical literature, supporting users, and developing custom products. ALT Linux produces different types of distributions for various purposes. There are desktop distributions for home and office computers and for corporate servers, universal distributions that include a wide variety of development tools and documentation, certified products, distributions specialized for
educational institutions, and distributions for low-powered computers. ALT Linux has its own development infrastructure and repository called Sisyphus, which provides the base for all the different editions of ALT Linux.

There are SO many great Linux distributions. How do I do them all?
One Distro @ a time suite begeezus.
Thanks for watching

ALT is a massive project and after they forked from Mandrake, it has been a very independent project. I have done a few videos on ALT in the past. Look into their starterkits for live desktop ISOs with various desktops (and they are installable). The regular releases are more rolling, sort of like Debian testing. The workstation and starterkits are based off the stable repositories. Have fun. :)

awesome videos dennis, can you do a new video on stormOS please? it's had over 773 downloads to nearly 1000 back n forth. silent robot (dev of salient) and my buddy seeker, and rayzer 1981 all actively work on it. sadly matthew moore has stepped off the team. So yeah if you can please do a video on it for me that'd be great. It does still use XFCE.
