Via a video link speech to the World Economic Forum, the new President said all imports to the United States could face tariffs.

He boasted about pulling out of the Paris climate agreement and ending what he said was the 'green new scam'.

Mr Trump also made the jaw-dropping claim that Canada could become a US state, adding that its lumber and cars were not needed by the United States.
