Install JupyterLab On Windows 10 In Python Virtual Environment | Python 3.7.4 | 2019

Very inexperienced beginners in python here. I did not add the folder address of python 3.9 when I was following the steps here. Once I added the python folder directory address to PATH, I followed your steps and everything works perfectly well. Thank you. Now I have Python virtual environment that I can work with in my storage drive.
