Review - Dell U2715H and New Macbook Pro + Calibration

This is my review of the Dell U2715H monitor together with the new Macbook Pro 13" 2017 model.
This is a great match and it really works very well with the new macbook pro
when using the USB type C to Displayport cable from Startech

Why did you use mirroring? It's not the monitor's native resolution so you are downscaling or upscaling. You should connect it and not mirror, but extend the Desktop.

are you using the hub on the monitor also with that one USB-C cable? If I understand correctly with your setup you would only be able to display on the monitor and not use any of the USB-A plugs on the back correct? you would need another UBC-A to C converter and use the provided cable in the box?

When you compare between mbp screen and u2715h, are that matching ?

I just got a couple of these. Plugged into my MacMini M1 via DDMI and getting a black screen with the message “No mDP cable
The display will go into power save mode within 5 minutes”. Have you had any experience with this?
