Hi Matt. I'm sorry this question is off topic from your video. Regarding your BTC topics earlier this week - 'never selling'. Assuming BTC has its meteoric rise in 5 /10 / 20 years from now, One could monetize BTC through an asset-based loan. Typically, are there restrictions on how the proceeds from an asset-based loan can be used? You suggested reinvesting into land/real-estate for rent income. Can the loan proceeds be reinvested into any asset class like an Equity/REIT portfolio for dividend income? I read that CEO's who are overly concentrated in their company stock, borrow against it to diversify into other assets.
