We have just finished our dry season in the Northern Territory which I think is similar weather to your summer. But that means that the build up has started which is the WORST time of year. It is unbearably hot and humid and always feels like its going to rain but doesn't.

Only good matchas that I’ve bought have been from youtuber brands lol #1 is definitely Sanne Vloet’s matcha but it’s very pricey or Ur mom Ashley’s matcha called “Nami” also pretty pricey but tastes great :)
