I just got this picked it over the fuel the added weight and base plate design is a benefit some say the adjustment ring will move if hit bit when clamped I can't get it to budge so awesome design . Thanks for the videos !Merry Christmas God bless!

You did go the wrong way, but it's OK to go clockwise at less than full depth sometimes. It's called a 'climb cut'. After that, go the correct way at finish depth.

Hi David,

I had this dewalt cordless router first. It's great not dealing with a cord. The problem i was having with this router, it was too bulky. Plus the black adjustment ring kept moving which was getting a little irritating. I really like the design on this bottom plate.

I tried the milwaukee m18 cordless router and it works better for me. It feels good in my hands. The adjustment knob has a great locking system. The router is also powerful. The only con, it doesn't have that nice bottom plate like the dewalt.

Just wanted to share my thoughts.

If that’s the wrong direction then it must be a good router to give a good finish like that. I always thought you went left to right on that side of the wood

I just got this router and I'm just wondering what those two black tabs on the black ring that adjusts the router are for. There's one on each side of the ring and you push them in from the top but I don't see what they actually do. Do you know what they do?

Literally any router can do a roundover. I use the cheapest cordless router i could find for that from AliExpress haha

Yeah until the battery dies in mid cut a blows a chunk out what your finish routing!

How are you able to maintain uniform depth? If it was me, that bevel would never be so uniform, so whats the technique?

From the looks and work which one trímera router you recommended personally the ryobi or this dewalt both did the job but how reliable or long lasting are they ?
