Congratulations to Dino Mavrookas who has the vision to develop low visibility, but versatile, high impact, marine surface devices which will complement the Seventh Fleet as it monitors maritime activity from Japan; Taiwan; Philippines; PNG; Darwin Australia. As a resident of Hong Kong, I should like to express my heartfelt gratitude that there is such detailed monitoring of the sea surface in this region, in addition to aerial, submarine and surveillance from space, of this sensitive first island chain. No one does it better than USDD. From now on, I shall be monitored by the CCP.
