Dimitri rascalov is probably the single most evil, slimy, manipulative antagonist in any GTA game. Period. He corrupts anything he touches like a cancer. You’re right he’s the goat

Dimitri is definitely one of the best antagonists, up there with Tenpenny! I think Dimitri just hit the hardest with his betrayal, considering how reasonable he seemed, on top of getting Roman involved by kidnapping him. A slimy, dishonest weasel who managed to be way worse than Faustin.

Fun fact about Torini, he's the only antagonist in the GTA series (so far) to not speak to the protag nor even be enemies with them (Toni Cipirani).

Honestly I feel kinda bad for Ray Boccino. Everyone calls him a rat and a slimeball, but he treated Niko fairly the entire time they knew each other, he helped Niko find one of the men he was looking for, and he got betrayed himself a couple of times. Honestly Pegorino didn’t need to choose either Phil or Ray to die
