Meditative Koi Fish - Step by Step Acrylic Painting on Canvas for Beginners

I’m going to show you how to paint a koi fish, and I’m also going to give you some tips for getting into The Zone. The Zone is the most relaxing and fulfilling place to be while creating, but getting there can be a challenge. Let’s use our koi fish painting meditatively so we can relax into The Zone.

I used:
• 1/2-in flat brush
• #10 round
• 5/8-in filbert
• #2 round

I’m using Liquitex acrylic paint in the following colors:

All colors are optional. If you don’t have one of the colors listed, use whatever you have and like. Heavy Body paints not required. I'm just telling you what I used :)

Love watching your videos Jane I stared painting not long ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. The hospital that I was having my treatment The Christies cancer hospital UK .
