“Control what you can control.” I love his mentality and how he goes about different/difficult situations. What he said can be true about everyday life as well. Don’t stress about things you cannot control.

Pep does always get the backing but his football philosophy and tactical innovations mark him as one of the greats. He dines at the top table.

City fans and EPL fans should appreciate this man while you have him. You will never see another team play like his and dominate.

All the hate this man gets its unbelievable .. Yet the numbers speak for themselfs. The fact that all city their rivals are waiting for the day he leaves yet they are the ones doubting his ability . Never sacked . Wanted by every big club the moment he is available time and time again, He doesnt only bring succes he brings a playing style, hard work and dedication . Yes he will only come if he is assured he will get the resources he demands because otherwise u get a situation like Ten Hag and UTD . What he demands is the best and therefore u need to go and get it which he makes sure will be possible if he moves

Even being a true Madrid fan, you can't hate the guy. The clarity of thought he has about the way he envisions the game is truly remarkable. Nothing but respect for this great manager 🙌

An absolute joy to have a manager like him and Klopp. Both managers have put the standards higher than ever before in English football. The impact of Pep wherever he goes in the league and rest of football clubs speaks for itself. One of the greatest of all time certainly and the best for the last 15 years

Absolute genius. A scholar of the game. Look at what artetas doing after a couple years just being around this guy, even what ten hag achieved at Ajax. The hate is from jealous ppl, when you're a city fan I assume they genuinely believe no one can beat them and that's what we all want ain't it.

Pep is so genuine... Maybe that's why some people think he is too harsh...he doesn't change his personality for the cameras

For some reason I love Pep, he's such a good manager that plays a different game compared to some other managers.

I think in terms of the best number 9 he's ever had that fit his type of system perfectly, I think it was David Villa in that elite Barca team he had. Probably the best club team I have ever seen in terms of dominating teams.

He is student of the game and tries to make the whole team better because that when you recieve the best results. Others sometimes focus on 1 o r 3 players and leave other a bit a stray. Like in Barcelona where for time it was only about Messi and building a team around Messi and after he left the whole building crumbled.

You can improve skills, fitness, strength and game intelligence but not character.
Pep is 100% right...character is paramount.

Pep is really an interesting being.. He just can't sit in a place ideal.. Always moving, always thinking and always observing. That's why he's one of the best coaches you can see in this century.

He has done it not just for barca or city . But for football as a game

He talks so much sense, personality is important to a player, you can't have someone who is going to poison the dressing room and if they want to go, they will go, don't force them to stay.
