Is Ruthin the most charming town in Wales ?

The most charming town in Wales is said to be Ruthin, Denbighshire.
Steeped in history and full of charming old buildings. It was described by the former chairman of the National Trust as "the most charming small town in Wales". High praise indeed.
We enjoyed a wander around the town, discovering what it has to offer while on a recent trip to North Wales.
We certainly agree it is a lovely town, but will let you decide if it is The most Charming.

What a lovely park to start your adventure. It would be our dream to visit Wales and England in general. So beautiful, we always say "if the walls could talk, oh the tales they would tell. The hand blown glass was nice, but the teddy bear house, Christina would go nuts as she is a teddy bear collector. WOW those gates with the angels what fantastic artistry. What great fun on that Norseman horse teeter-tawter. Great video on Ruthin. Cheers!

I came in on the rear end of the premier. After I replayed this I can understand why Team Watto & Kim broke the internet🤣.
This video was *AWESOME* guys. Don't think I'll be checking out any books. They probably have gallows or a rack for scofflaws😅. The exposed timber framed houses are amazing. Pay attention to Kims intuition. Don't want to cross the path with an unfriendly spirit. Do they have a good stout there? I love a good stout and teddies. A very charming town indeed! I love seeing the old timbered houses and buildings… and the old church and castle! Pretty streets and fun to see a modern art studio… I’d love to walk around there too! Kim was sure having a fun time- nice horse!! 🐴🐴😄👍

So true, this is a very charming town. Love all of those amazing buildings. The craft center had some wonderful artwork. Those little spy holes and the old castle were so very interesting. So much history in this town. Thanks for sharing and have a great week

Wales appears to have a lot of beautiful sites to explore! The grounds surrounding the castle walls are beautiful! What a brilliant concept with the spy holes! Every stroll you take us on is more lovely and pleasant than the previous one! 🤗🤗

Ruthin looks like a very cute town for sure! I enjoyed all those little spy holes that showed interesting features off in the distance - very cool! It has quite a diverse history too. Love how you finished off back at the park to "ride off into the sunset." 😆
