I'm using three mods that make life so much easier. A stock management one that tracks how much inventory I have on the floor shelves and storage room racks, one that allows me to pick up boxes at the curb and have them magically appear on the rack at the press of a key, and one for double-sized chicken freezers. Super speeds up the storage room restocking, I seldom have to run around the store checking inventory, and the freezer holds 16 chickens instead of 8. When the developer upgrades to any of these mods, I'll just delete them and go with the developers option. Oh, and for the FMD game, I'd select the lady at 19:23 of your video for all three.

If you close and / or box up the register near the light switch, that guy will jump to “your” register and you can have his again. That way you can have a normal right-hand conveyor belt again on your register. Don’t fire him or anything, just picking up his register, honestly, usually works. Just make sure your back register isn’t closed when you do this and he should jump over there instantly.

Sup kage, love the series! I haven't watched all yet, but did you notice that some customers pay too little in cash? It says total 230, paid: 130, and it says -100 change. And you never get the amount they're supposed to pay, they're basically just stealing from you...

If you reduce the amount of lights in the ceiling, it should help with the lag. Lighting engines are notorious for lag in video games

We need like inventory management. I get so dizzy trying to restock my storage room trying to keep everything on hand. 😂I don’t mind bringing it in, I just throw it in the door and then go in and put it away.

One of the things I learned in my life is...If someone if making fun of you, it has nothing to do with you. They are using you to make themselves feel better. Not the kind of person that I want in my life. I only wan't people that lift me up, not tear me down at this point in my life.

Level 43 and the grind is real and still a long way to go. Its a great game and really addictive. I wish that the lighting situation was better. Even with lights on and lights dotted around its dim 😂

I kind of want to see the ability to upgrade the cashiers or stockers but have to be a certain store level to do it and speed a few things up.

I was watching another YouTuber and he somehow gave himself couple hundred thousand dollars. I stopped watching. I see kage grinding, it seemed stupid to watch him cheat . My own opinion

If it only lags when you turn on the lights it's because of the shadows, reflections, and ambient occlusion being calculated per frame from all your ceiling lights. If it's available, try turning down shadow and reflection quality in the video settings.
*Ambient occlusion* is the areas of darkness around an object on the floors and walls or other objects. It only appears in your game when you turn the lights on. You usually can only turn this on or off in the settings and you may not like how things look with it off, but it is slowing things down per frame to calculate it from the number of light sources you have.
I also notice the *"bloom"* visual effect in your videos which is the bright blurring especially around reflected lights.
*Volumetric lighting, * or the cone of haze from each light, including the street lights is another source of lag.
Some of these visual settings are either off or on and some have a percentage slider, depending on if the developer makes them accessible or not in the video settings.
About the only way for the developer to fix this is to set the default brightness of the interior light stronger and/or increase it's area of effect. This way you would use less lights.

The PPV WM is Saturday and Sunday. Survivor is on CBS/Paramount BUT! I think the PPV is on Peacock. I personally just wait for the end results and catch one (of many) highlight episodes on YouTube. Love the vid keep it up, would have thought you would want the storeroom update more than the package thing but hey, we can't be right all the time....lol

A lot of the lag is due to the lights. I don’t doubt the customers and items are contributing but I def know lights are a huge contributor. I removed like 90% of them in my store (just keeping them over the register) and the lag is pretty nonexistent now, unless I’ve got a lot of open boxes lying around. I’m only at level 46 so you definitely have more going on in your store than I do, but that should help.

Survivor is on Paramount. It’s a CBS show which I think got bought out by Paramount so that’s what their app is called now. And I believe The Office is on Peacock, if I remember right, which is NBC. I just watched through that but I can’t quite remember. All the apps blur together in my head. 😂
