About the speaker:

A cardiologist at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, Dr. Patrick Lawler’s research is focused on using molecular and systems epidemiology to develop precision medicine approaches in cardiac care. He was previously the Eugene Braunwald Scholar at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where he also trained clinically, a Fulbright Scholar at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, and an award-winning teacher at both Harvard and McGill.
