Also, do spectacte duels in Zadnor. The buff that is granted to players around the area when the player win the duel is massive and should not be dismissed (since some people are cheesing most of them). It is not working in Dalnaria unfortunately but really doesnt cost a lot to wait for it (some CE gives 1mil mettles under this buff).

So actually, my friend and I tested how worth it is to go into Dalriada and I have to say, you have to be careful. It's true that you can get 3, 3 mil mettle if you finish (minus the wipes or deaths you may encounter due to inexperienced player or just not paying attention).
However, if you have a full instance in zadnor usually skirmishes and even ce's spawn quite often. So if you count Dalriada at about 40 minutes and then about 8 skirmisches and 2 ce's inbetween, you have the same amount of mettle. But as far as I experienced it, Dalriada also often takes about 50 minutes, which would mean you could have potentially 2 more skirmishes, which results in more mettle than one Dalriada run.
Also, if people in zadnor kill the mobs with skirmisches or inbetween them, they spawn more skirmishes and ce's.
And of course, don't forget the 1v1 bonus buff, that doesn't work in Dalriada, but does work on every ce or skirmish you may encounter. So I actually would say that staying in the zones and not joining dalriada everytime it spawns is a lot more profitable.
Also, if anyone wants to know, I have a +10 DMG buff and a +6 HP buff.

I do 15 min runs of DR, add 2 Raw emotions, Possibility to get rare drops like the hairstyle and golden mount. Maybe its not the highest for mettle but its not completely irrelevant. If you want to multi task an get reliable emotions and mettle its not a bad option when playing in a strict Party Finder. Skirmishes would get you more mettle but you're not getting any raw emotions or any rare loot. So you have to ask yourself what are your priorities.

Honest to God fellas, do this content as a healer. Stack up of Essence Aeatherweaves. You will do decent damage and secure your survivability relying on your own heals.

Kill few machines between fates, they spawn CEs. If20 ppl kill one mob each instead of just waiting they trigger like creazy

For some reason all the written guides I've found don't include "you talk to the resistance counselor." Yes sure the game tells you but I did it so long ago I forgot who to talk to lol. Thank you for pointing him out.

Well, someone put alot of time into this. I'm such a noob. I still only have the first set of honors after finishing Dalriada.

my only potential issue with this method is that (at least from my observations) the skirmishes in z3 go SO FAST that ive considered that CE's might not be worth the time. in z3 in the time it takes to do a CE you could 2 MAYBE 3 Skirmishes and thats more if you can actually manage to get 3 skirmishes in before the CE is finished.
also just 2 z3 skirmishes is more mettle than 1 z1 CE and 2 z3 skirmishes is extremely easy to do in the time it takes to do a z1 CE

Yeah Southern Front is just BAD currently as you still lose Mettle as you would at 16+, but gains are capped at r15 values. That means 15k max from a.CE which is HORRIBLE.

Also, that's odd that damage is 3% per.rank? Yoshida said at Fan Fest that honors would compound, increasing in effect the more you have.

i dunno about 25 but at rank 15 Castrum gives 130k mettle


Edit: sadly at rank 25 castrum only gives 190k mettle is not worth it
