Actually, in GTA their Benefactor cars are based off of Mercedes Benz, and this one is most likely based off the more recent Mercedes SLS, but theirs is missing the signature gull-wing doors. The Jaguar you're talking about is most likely the Ocelot.

That's because the car in the game is the roadster not the coupe. The roadster doesn't have gullwing doors.

There's also one right next to the epsilon garage but you need a cargobob to get it

I find the Super Diamond bring the Surano to the program garage.
