I think, ye scame hai bhai,
1 yr - 3 different PAN(2 new)- 3 different Dmat & bank account- apply in only single categary at a time but got only one time 1 lot in retail over the year, and I think lottary system is not effective method for allotment, because all participants should be equal chance to win, but in lottary is not fullfill this criteria, also one some is not getting allot for 1-2 yr, is he excitted for entry in share market, i think absolutely not.
proportional method can be effective.

Very lucky to not get allotment. 80 percent of ipo r quoting below ipo price. Study nse data from 1985.
