Newquay - Cornwall - England

Newquay was once voted as one of the UK's 'Favourite Seaside Towns', so we went to find out why. On this trip, we delve into Cornish history, heritage and culture, and also try some water sports. Along the way, we stuff ourselves with Cornish pasties, Cornish ice cream and, of course, some Cornish beer.
Newquay is known as the UK's surfing town, so we tried it out in the Mecca of British surfing: Fistral Beach, where many surfing competitions and festivals (i.e. Boardmasters Festival) take place. We also tried Scuba Diving and discovered a little known sport called Coasteering.
