World leaders meet without Russia in G7 Summit

Diplomacy is at high gear in Brussels this week... as heads of G-7 nations will resume their 2-day summit today... to find an exit *out of the crisis in Ukraine.
They issued a joint statement, following their dinner discussions Wednesday... condemning Russia for its intervention in Ukraine... and warned of additional targeted economic sanctions should Moscow fail to do its part to dial back violence.
Also yesterday, U.S. President Barack Obama met with Kiev's incoming president Petro Poroshenko. Obama said he was "deeply impressed" by Poroshenko's vision for his country... and pledged to stand with him.
The leaders are set to cross paths with Russian President Vladimir Putin at D-Day celebrations in Normandy on Friday.
