Officials of BRICS states meet with Russian president

Security officials and national security advisors from BRICS - and BRICS Plus countries - met the Russian president on the second day of their meeting in St. Petersburg. The talks are aimed at further strengthening cooperation. This includes discussions between Vladimir Putin and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi. Dasha Chernyshova reports from Moscow.

Call me selfish but BRICS should benefit South Africa more and first than all African countries. South Africa took the risks while others were playing puppets to the west.

South Africa should advocate for inclusion of the AU as a member of BRICS+ so that we can start concentrating on our own national economic interests and avoid being the spokesperson of Africa always. Africa is exhausting and dragging South Africa down domestically and internationally with its back policies starting with Zimbabwe. Always it South Africa that has to take a lead role, take risks and put itself on the line to represent the continent while other countries wait to see how the west will act against South Africa.
We (South Africans) hope to restore law and order in our country and stop the infiltration and incursion of illegal foreigners who think their color of their skin give them access and rights to benefit in South Africa.
South Africa cannot be abused in Africa like how Germany is abused in the European union been treated like a cash cow and its people being disrespected and emotionally manipulated.
