Ingredients:
or your favorite sugar-free syrup
Chaffle batter 🧇:
1 Cup Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Magic Baker's
4 T Coconut Flour
2 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites
4 T Cream Cheese
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Beaver-free Vanilla Extract
Put mozzarella, cream cheese, eggs, and egg whites in blender. Blend up until smooth and liquidy.
Add in everything else and blend again until smooth. Heat mini Waffle maker and add in 1/8 cup of batter and cook until done. (see video) Move onto a cooling rack. Can keep in the fridge in an airtight container for a week-10 days, but it won't happen...
Keto fried chicken 🍗
2 Lbs Thin Chicken breast or Chicken breast sliced thin
3 Eggs
1 cup Grated or Shredded Parmesan
1 Cup Pork Breadcrumbs:
Seasoning for "Breading"
Prepare chicken like in the video and mix with eggs in bag in the fridge for 4-5 hours or longer. Coat with mixture of Parm and Pork Breadcrumbs and seasoning of your choice. (I like a Cajun Seasoning). Cook in air fryer as shown, bake, or pan fry.
Serve over Chaffles and Drizzle with Keto Maple Syrup. ENJOY!
