Can one become a Confessional Lutheran without subscribing to cessationism (regarding spiritual gifts and physical healing through the prayer of faith such as in James 5:15)?

For me i dont like how despite saying this its all about what luther said and did and believed. There are like so many vids about luther did this and that and use it like its authoritative. Ive seen it used way more then quoting the confessions. Then there is the later sins i hear luther did, like his anti semetism, which i dont know if it's true or just misunderstanding, but his quotes are terrible. Yet instead of just quoting from the confessions, it's well, according to Martin Luther... I dont care what he says. I am still in a non denom looking at other protestent traditions, so i care mainly about scipture or how the confessions conform to it. Instead its mostly Martin Luther said this that and all that.
