Aoa. Sir I want to get a house designed in DHA Islamabad. The dimensions of my plot are 35×70 (roughly 11 marlas). My philosophy is to have more greenery and just essential construction viz. 35×45 construction and the rest 35×25 for the backyard garden. My idea is to have one drawing room (15x11) one living room (standard sized) with an open kitchen preferably with kitchen door leading to backyard, one bedroom (13x11) and one mezannine bedroom (naturally minimal). Is this possible or do you have any better idea keeping in mind my 35x25 backyard garden?
