Riding the Twrch Trail - South Wales Mountain Biking

Do you like long fast downhill sections and steep ascents? of course you do. Well... perhaps not the steep ascents part.
I have heard so many goo things about the Twrch trail. So it is about time to visit the Cwmcarn Forest Mountainbike Centre in South Wales, to see what it is all about.

Good vid and edit, I live locally so know the place well, so I thought a good representation of the main features, the last bit in the car park is definitely the best part of the track. The trail is pronounced closer to turk "TOORK".

45 mins of climbing to begin with is pretty rough - seems well worth it for the downhill though! Your videos always do a really good job of convincing me to go and visit some of these trails haha!

You got to try all the trails there..its one of my favorite places in the uk to go

You should try some off piste areas in South Wales like smilog woods and Barry slidings. They are some of my favourite places to ride definitely worth a visit
