While capital punishment never did or does now, decreed crimes, if zou take a like you forfeit yours. Even more so when it is a very brutal or heinous crime.

In today's life imprisonment, the offenders get some exercise, fresh air for few hours, which is their right, mix with other prisoners if not on solitary sentence !! as a right
