As a yoga teacher myself, I’ve learned to not take anything and/or everything so seriously. It’s so beautiful that you smile + chuckle at yourself when you fall. That’s just part of the journey 🤍 it took me so long to get into + properly out of certain poses but it was a journey to be patient with myself + the strength to keep going. This was super inspiring ✨ from a yoga teacher to a yoga teacher, I see you 🦋 thank you for sharing your experience

Am fat and out of shape, HOWEVER, if I start working out and train hard, everyday is a victory, progress leads to great gains, thanks for the inspiration & reminder

Witnessing this progress is powerful! We really don't notice the day to day progress in all parts of our life, and this is such a great way to show it.

I've always wanted to do that move. I'm 58 and gave up some time ago even thinking about it. You inspire me! ❤

I love seeing the progress videos. The final result makes it look so easy but seeing the progress shows that it wasn’t easy. Looks like such a fun process learning how to do that.

WAY TO GO GIRL!!!
My gymnastics coach at college kept helping me w that move & I could not get it! I bet if I was really fit through yoga at the time, I would’ve been able to break through like you did!
THANKS for the inspiration! ❤❤

I'm learning how to skate and this is very realistic. Because you do think maybe you'll never get it just because you haven't "done it " the way you aspire. But your body is learning. And each moment counts 🎉❤❤❤

damn girl you are so fuckin close!! lifting the legs at 90* was the hardest part for me, but slowing down really is the key, if your body can’t do the transition into inversion in a controlled and relaxed state, you risk pulling, straining or tearing something that sets you back further than when you started. (i tore the connective tissue in my shoulder sockets, physical therapy for 6 months and 2 years before i could try inversions again without risking re-injury. slow and sure is the fastest way. if you feel like you’re forcing it, you probably are.
These are some of the most natural l/relaxed and fluent transitions into inversions that i have ever seen. keep up the amazing work.

Amen. Just like when we are going through rough parts in our life, and think God isn't working, or that He left us, but He is always working, and He says He is always with us, and He will use your situation for your good, if you love Him and are called according to His purpose. And He will get the Glory from it, because ultimately all good gifts come from Him. ❤️God bless

I love seeing this, currently what I'm working on also. It took me a year to be able to kick into a handstand and hold it. Thank you for the inspiration 🧘🍄❤️
