Tactile Access for DeafBlind Children with Complex Needs

Heather Withrow (Hex), Mom, M.Ed., Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) shared about touch for communication, information, active touch, meaningful responses via touch, creating opportunities to use touch for different purposes, and the use of touch for cognitive closure for DeafBlind children with complex needs.
