A video of a tutor from the online tutoring platform Unacademy went viral. “Don't forget, when you vote next time, vote for someone who is well-educated, so you don't have to go through this (ordeal) again. Elect someone who is educated and understands things. Don't elect someone who only knows changing names. Decide properly,” Karan Sangwan, an educator with the online tutoring platform Unacademy, urged his students as he discussed the recent bills moved by the government to overhaul the criminal justice system in the country.

What is wrong if the tutor or a professor is educating students to vote for educated leaders and politicians for the benefit of our country. It is totally unfair to sack him from an education platform. Our politicians are supported as if they are gods but they should have some qualification and skills for their contribution towards our country. What a shame and this shows how educated people are insulted in our country.

The research paper needs to have a clear peer review before the findings can be accepted. The peer review will clarify the methodolgy, the data set and how the research was conducted. If it fails in peer review the findings are invalid.

To use words like 'electoral manipulation' in the paper suggest political bias. Its difficulty to prove such statments by research

As researchers do not get worked up upon this single paper. Let it go through the peer review process internationally and see whether its worth publishing.
Usually one swallow does not make a summer. You have several papers to suggest and we meta analysis to confirm what is written in the paper.
Suggestion to staff dont overreact but get the paper peer reviewd internationally

The paper was academic, Why would you not peer review it before, posting it on Social Media using University name, what was the intention. If the paper has merits then, there is process to follow otherwise you make shady impression of your intention. If the debate is about academic freedom then would we allow Chinese propaganda into our university as well. I mean you must be kidding me.
