👇 👇 👇 INFO 👇 👇 👇 I designed and made this new instrument, and it is inspired by the "French school" of didgeridoo players.
As a beginner, I fell in love with this kind of color tone, brilliant, clear, and with a great response in the lowest frequencies. On the opposite the color tone is quite poor, no builder would say so, but this is it. A drone with fewer harmonics can make the overtones played by the musicians more audible, more brilliant, and give back the greatest didgeridoo to play wobbles, and overtone melodies, giving back the chance to play in the best way in a band.
Larger than my usual instruments with similar sound characteristics, I enlarged the first part of the initial bore to 48 mm.
Playability is still great as well as for the back pressure, which is less than my Sonorus for example, but much higher than you can expect.
