For those that have never breakdanced, that form of the windmill is one of the hardest forms to do. It's referred (at least in my circles) as handcuffs with the hands reaching behind the back. It's more difficult because you're not using forearms to lean on between circle sweeps as you normally would when rotating from your back to your front, and it's hard to even learn at first because the act of putting your arms back tends to push your shoulders forward more than usual and they get banged up and bruised until ya get good at them. She then goes into an elbow air track / air flare super smooth as well which might be an even more impressive and difficult move. Great B-Girl work there.

It was either Ami or Ayumi that said that for a long time, there was no woman's division in local breaking jams. They always had to battle the guys. They had to be creative enough to compete and thats why up until 2018 or so, japanese woman dominated international womans breaking.
