for people who dont know (bit spoilers)

its a self-quest/hidden quest from Liyue
located in Liyue - Cuijue Slope, on map you can see 9 yellow squares in gray little box surrounding the Cuijue Slope

what you have to do is get all Geoculus and max level the statue of seven at Liyue (Geo Statue)
at level 10, Statue reward gives you in total of 9 Stone of Rememberance (orange pearl looking thing)
when you first go to random pillar of the 9 Pillars and insert your Stone of Rememberance, it yeets your character and changes the visual of that pillars

after completing the 9 Pillars stone scene, you will see that big door domain looking cave will open and inside there are 6x Geovishap hatchling(the geovishap that goes underground) 1 or 2 Ruin Guard, 1 Ruin Hunter
and inside the cave, there is Ley Line flow that gives the enemy mobs pyro shield thing that has +70% all elemental and phys resistance until you destroy the leyline shield with hydro skill/burst (its quiet hard for people are new or low ar with weak characters)
after defeating all the enemies, door at the end will open and you get 2 Precious chest and 1 ring to sell for 200k mora, and Nobless Oblige artifact's Flower (sub stats are random) (there might be luxurious chest but i forgot, it may not)
