Finally Capcom pulled their head out of their ass and are giving us a new Megaman game.

Everyones hatin on the style and they don't realize how clean it looks. I was yelling at the screen "NO" when i saw the short 8 bit intro (SERIOUSLY over the 8Bit thing), but was relieved with the 2.5D look. Woulda dealt with the liquid smooth animation of MM8 as well, just as long as it was not 8Bit.The enemies look like they would in concept art and Mega Man seems to get accessories added to him when he switches to other weapons as well. I grew up on MM since MM4, so maybe its just me who likes the new style.
It keeps the game play intact, I just hope for either longer stages or more then 8 RM's.

Does anyone else think the running animation feels a bit off? I think it's a bit too smooth and could use a bit more visual force with each step, if that makes sense.

Aside from that though, holy shit I'm excited. I hope this turns out to be good.

Either way, I'm happy Megaman continues.

Looks like Mighty No. 9 was a blessing in disguise for Capcom...
Everyone hated MN9 so much it made people forget how badly Capcom has handled the Mega Man franchise in recent years. So now a new Mega Man game gets announced, and people shit their pants hoping, "finally! A new Mega Man game! Maybe this will make up for Might No. 9!"

For some reason I can't stop seeing Sonic The Hedgehog 4 in terms of lighting and color in this game. Let's just pray that this won't turn out the way Sonic 4 did.
