I still craft and make folios (thank you for your inspiration) which gives me so much pleasure in the making, but the giving is heavenly, Blessings to you all. Thank you! A little bit of info about "Poutine" it's was invented in Quebec, Canada. It consist of french fries (not the frozen kind), a brown gravy and fresh cheese curds (Maymay, cheese curds are the first stage of cheddar or gouda cheese making after the milk has curded but before it is placed in forms to be pressed and made into cheese wheels and stored to be aged). Hope that helps! By the way the best poutine places are still in the province of Quebec even though you can get it all around the country. The Montreal area has some of the best spots to sample it. Beware, it's highly addictive!!!

Hot hamburger is in my area. Two slices of toast, hamburger patty on top, hand-cut French fries, and (brown)
gravy over-all. Sometimes cheese before the fries, fries and gravy over- all. Or a hot roast beef. Replace burger patty with sliced roast beef, fries and gravy over-all.

You haven’t lived until you have had a chocolate Okinawa fudgesicle made of pinto beans. We stopped at the local mamason’s and thought they were going to taste like fudgesicles. All I could think of was that it was going to be a long 2 1/2 years (the length of our Air Force tour).
