An Interesting Construction of Polynomials (Part 3)

Last week, I showed how polynomials of an infinite number of arguments can be seen as the free vector space on the positive natural numbers, with multiplication being multiplication of natural numbers extended by linearity. But what about zero? What happens if we include it?
