PoE 3.24 Necropolis League Starter in my Opinion. -- READ PINNED COMMENT.

These are my personal opinions for potential league starter ideas & an exploration of what other people did, I haven't played most of these builds before but might be starting one in 3.24.

- You need to use the Raise Spectre gem on a corpse with high health, like Herald of Kitava to permanently add it to your desecrate pool.
In Zizaran's interview with Mark it was mentioned some new T17 Monsters have slightly higher health making them an upgrade once you get to the lategame.
This is important for your damage as it has more life thus bigger ignites!

2:00 As a Frostblink ignite enjoyer. The Buff to Frostblink does nothing for the Ignite build since the Base Values from the Gem haven't changed and we generally don't add any flat damage to the skill. So adding a 70% more of nothing, is not benefiting us. This is also being reflected this way in PoB. After the update (which has raised the added Effectiveness to 250%) the damage gained was below 0.1%. Overall Frostblink ignite has lost about 25-30% of its Damage since 3.18 Sentinel League due to different changes to the Skill Tree, Items and Gems. (3.18 was the League since when i've played Frostblink Ignite every League, therefore my point of reference.)

Regarding the popcorn srs I think that Enormity is the master race. Especially since replica midnight bargain exists which makes the limit go from 6 to 12, which obviously is a way bigger leap than the regular srs 20 to 26. Taking into account the 88% more maximum life at 20 its just silly.

Exciting to see Popcorn SRS get more exposure. It was a great build even in ToTa, in 3.24, its the best its ever been.

What's your take on SRS vs SRS of Enormity? I mean you lose some damage initially because you just have fewer of them, but it does allow you to drop Unleash for something else. Also it "should" give you the ability to scale crit on the high end because of the wording on it "Minions' hits are always critical strikes" whereas usually that would read closer to attacks from minions if they meant it to only work on the attack part. The secondary explosion is actually a hit as well and PoB seemed to agree with me on that one so that looks really powerful on the high end but I haven't really dug into it deep yet.

Why not SRS of Enormity? Also it was pointed out that Wraithlord cant be used, it makes you not able to summon SRS, also Tavukai can be catalised for a bit faster pops, and its chaos res roll can go to -17%

Already had SRS MI in mind! Was considering SRS of Enmormity for the guaranteed crits for bosssing! Could be interesting

I think now the biggest thing is maxing amount of spectres to get bigger high hp spectre pool to be added to every map. If map has 8 different types of corpses y can add your 10 corpses to that pool having about 70% chance to have good hp corpses spawn with dececreate on each map.

Honestly the new Qol for mines might just push me into a mine build this league, we`ll see, althought it is kinda weird to spend a passive point for Qol.
