Inspector Quin isn't the problem, this is the 2nd one I've seen today with same scenario. There's a cop out there padding his stats, or a screwed up camera, I don't know which.

Edit: I would like to add, I'm not complaining. Don't be weird. He didn't actually ask her to call him "sir", clearly he just wanted her to say "yes" instead of "yep". If you see THIS judge in this video and think HE'S unreasonable or full of himself, oh boy, you've got a big storm coming...

Technically she did NOT come to a full stop (velocity = 0). BUT the key factor is, that she wasn’t reckless which is morally a correct mindset. Very humane decision. We need more judges with such a heart!

I love a judge that is as serious as they are understanding and capable of kindness. As well as a judge that can tell when a case is a waste of everyone's time.
