Fun New Things To Do On The DISNEY WISH

On our second voyage aboard the Disney Wish, we decided to explore all the areas and things we hadn't yet explored. On our first voyage the sail away party was canceled due to rain, but this time we got to see it in full. We ate some pub snacks in Keg and Compass, got to feed some creatures in Star Wars Cargo Bay, checked out Marvel Superhero Academy, watched a new Disney game show called Who’s Behind The Curtain, enjoyed some drinks in the quiet cove infinity pool, and browsed more of the exclusive Disney Wish merchandise. The doorbell was there for the hard of hearing. It's wired for light as well as sound. Keep an eye out for "random" hotel rooms with doorbells during your next trip - they are often a sign of a hard of hearing accessible room.

Tips I’ve found while looking to travel with two individuals in wheelchairs. The accessible rooms for DCL can accommodate two chairs. If you don’t use an accessible room, or couldn’t get one each ship has a room thst you can store wheelchairs or strollers if there is not enough space in your room. However this storage room is not monitored!

Being a Disney adult is fun but I must say as a parent now there is nothing like seeing the magic of Disney through the eyes of a child! Excited to take my little on a Disney cruise someday :)
And that fish and chips looked SOOO delicious!

you have no idea how happy i am to get to see the accessible rooms! should i ever go on a disney cruise, i would require a room like that. i know there's some pictures on the website but i prefer video to really get a sense of where my mobility aids can go and things like that since my needs are specific to me and they have to design for as many disabilities as possible. i hate that kitra hurt her ankle however i'm glad it's given you guys the opportunity to show us things you might not have otherwise!

Yes! Malt vinegar is the best condiment for fish & chips! The pub food looked great!

Thank you so much for the tour of the accessible room. We always need that type of stateroom when I cruise with my adult daughter, who is an amputee. We will be on the Wish in exactly one month!
