In his book "Snippets", Nathan Boot describes Boris Johnson as 'the only man in English history who has managed to fool all of the people all of the time'. This was written before Mr Johnson was shown the door of 10 Downing Street. Is he about to kick the door in and fool the people again? Have the Johnsons chosen their new wallpaper and bought (or borrowed !) Wilfred a new swing?
