I created JavaScript utility for capturing csv data into a noSQL database. It autumn detects and replaces the commas in-between quations to prevent data displacement and can take any size and column count. Runs through an algorithm comparing date data, 2.5 seconds for 4.5 million cells of data for indexing.

I had the same problem. Client wanted to test out an API business logic with data from an excel file and using Postman. Powershell saved the day!
