My hand is only big enough to reach an octave and a step, though (C-D, for instance).

Absolutely amazing video, you showed this pattern in another video and have been playing with it since. I find it difficult using in other pieces than 3/4. Is there similar possibility for 4/4, other letting it sustain out?
