Deepest condolences to the family of Astronaut Frank Borman...
He was a true American hero...

I will never forget that Christmas eve when Astronaut Frank Borman and crew read the Genisis chapter while circling the moon.

I saw it on a black and white tv...
But it was great!!!


Me and my big sister Theda stood outside and looked up at the moon and it was cold that night
.and I remember her saying how pretty the moon looked..but how far away it seemed from us here on earth. (She wasn't a big fan of stuff like that..but she saw that I was all excited and she let me have my moment.)
Thanks sis...

It changed my life and made me proud to see things like that and later in 1969..
The "event" the moon landing...
Frank Borman paved the way for all of that.
Thank you sir...
And Godspeed on your greatest journey to come..

Yes, that's big loss. I don't know him personally but he was a big inspiration for me... Thanks him I tried to join the Airforce in 2022, unfortunately without success, but I participated in military training... I have read many books about him and about others astronauts and also about whole NASA space program... Thank u Frank, I know that you won't read this comment, but at least others can do it. Thank u Frank ❤️
