I was thinking the same why is Batman having Templar colors but it makes sense. In the game Altair becomes a three four oh. In Unity(crowd favorite after Ezio) Arnor is with Elise a Templar agent who is aware and is born into the order. Further more Bayek kills his kid ushering the order fight and not the story arc to the game story which is Isu technology and Juno mental illness to save humanity and regenerate her lover by any means even side tracking Isu agendas
