Tips, leave the tire in the hot sun to soften it, soapy water, and to seat the bead you could have used a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire, along the center of the tread, it squishes the side walls out so when you add air it blows up

I've used the clip-on type air chuck and hit the tread with a large hammer while adding air and it can pop the bead out onto the rim - even used a come-along wrapped all around the center of the tread on bigger tires to get them to pop out on the rim when broke down without a shop air compressor - I like solving puzzles so I like to see how other people figure things out as well.

Use dawn dish detergent, let the tire sit in the sun will make it more flexible. When mounting on the rim, use your body weight.

With the right tools its easy. Spoons are ok!!
I like the manual machines. Can get one for 50 bucks and it will make life so easy why not if your doin many tires also like to use bead sealer when installing them, the brake starter fluid method is ok on the side of a mountain but if I have. The shop avaliable I'm using bead seater basicly a tank with a huge air output with a ball valve

Just smear some tyre bead sealer/paste around the rim with a small brush, bounce the wheel a few times on a hard surface whilst turning, and you can then inflate with only a foot pump, easy! I've done it many times, we all want an easy life!

once it is on the rim, bring it to walmart they inflate it for free. i am not a fan of explosive gas installation.
