Are these the same dahlia?

Sometimes a dahlia will produce a sport like this Peaches N’ Cream did last summer. I had several of my Peaches N’ Cream Dahlia Tubers produce solid peachy orange flowers. This winter I have separated these from the traditional Peaches N’ Cream.

While I won’t be able to offer these sports for sale in our tuber sale this year, I hope to be able to grow them out for a couple years to see if the solid color stays consistent. I actually prefer the solid color of this variety in bouquets.

Have you ever had a dahlia change colors?

I dont know, but they are soooo pretty. Whats the name? I want one, or did you get from seed?
