I stoped playing since december of the past year
I just hopped in back to get the free bundle
I left when i saw that the armor set was not included in the bundle
I will return when the Final Straw, i mean the Final Shape comes out

This video felt like all that i ever wanted to say about the state of the game after DCV and the same grind again and again season after season and yet seeing the community keep defending them blindly, but i couldnt take it anymore so i just gave up and moved on. truely a vid after my own heart. i miss the days when forsaken came out and i found the Arrow of destiny 2 but now its all just nostalgic memories.
Thankyou for the great vid Mr.pip. it made me remember all those fun memories, as well as the sad ones at the end near before i said goodbye to the game for good.

I have just started paying a few days ago and am enjoying it so far. One thing I have noticed is the large number of systems for upgrading and modifying that give me no direction. The game doesn't do a good job of explaining builds or anything. I will play for a bit longer but I don't want to have to spend all my time on theory crafting to be competitive at higher levels.

Thank you for saying what has been on my mind for the past 2 years! I played when Red War was still around and OMG I loved the state it was in then and when Forsaken came out was my peak. Now that they are vaulted and the story is dragged out, I’m gonna put the controller down for this game ✌🏻

Thanks a lot man. I wanted to try this game so I asked my bro he and told me the game is dying in it current state and it became a micro transactions hell, so I typed the state of destiny 2 in 2024.

I recently quit league of legends after 11 years and wanted to try something new but I'm so glad that I watched your video I guess I will stick to single player games until some good online game releases.

I dipped from D2 after Curse of Osiris. I know D1 had its own issues but damnit I miss the old days of Destiny

My only complaint really was PvP, and how it was "Balanced" I believe you with a few others can agree that a few of the PvP changes didn't really make sense nor did some of those changes were really needed.

Your right CMP the game has become like a chore it isn't fun to play anymore and don't even get me started on pvp . Because it's full of hackers and lag switchers and Cronus zen and zim users.

Playing this game is like jumping in to a tv series at the end of its life and only watching recaps from previous seasons. i bought the legacy collection thinking it would let me replay all the previous campaigns in full but you don't even get to play a quarter i guess i should have read more of the description but if i had known i would have never bought it or start playing the game at all. don't waste your time and money on destiny 2 just wait for destiny 3 of just don't play.

I will never understand people getting mad about the Destiny youtubers voicing these concerns. We love the game and want it to be the best it can be. I've been playing Infinite and its so nice having vehicles and everyone starting with the same loadouts. The maps are great too especially the community ones. Im trash in both Halo and Destiny pvp but thanks to this long season I've been giving Infinite another shot. The other day I was drinking and actually heard people talking in game chat. Someone else was drunk and we had so much fun just quoting Red versus Blue while our teammates were laughing at us and making sure we didn't get in any of the vehicles😂😂. We still won with our dumbasses messing around. I've never had even close to that in Destiny. When I hear the Destiny pvp community complian im not bothered because they love the game and they get less than crumbs. I honestly am impressed that you guys have done it for so long. Especially the channels that bust their asses to carry people to the lighthouse. Props to you guys👏👏👏👏👏 I've never been flawless and don't plan to because trials just seems like a chore and a headache. That and I haven't taken the time to improve and find out what im comfortable with. I just go into the crucible to mess around. Sometimes I pop of but its very random.

I have always been a free player when I play. So really the ONLY thing I contribute is I populate the realm, and I'm friendly. :P The gunplay is great in Destiny 2. It's what brings me back from time to time, just to run and jump around shootin things. I don't need or care much for the story in D2. Just interesting things to shoot at and cool guns to shoot with. I guess what I'm saying is, even as a free 2 play, with agressive monitization, there is still some fun to be had.

The only reason I'm having fun is because I stopped playing after I completed the vanilla experience. Recently came back to all this content at once rather than it trickling in like for constant players. Once I'm caught up I'll probs stop playing again I bet. Most of it is just eye candy for me until it gets reused too much

I appreciate the video. I got on the D2 train way late (less than a year ago). I recognize how it would be frustrating for someone who has played for years, but for me I'm absolutely loving all of the content. I hear complaints about Bungie being a money-grabbing machine, but hey, if I like their products I'm gonna buy it. I hope they can really do well with their Final Shape expansion and attract new players. Still, respect your opinion and I hope the game can just improve.
